Rasmus Hojlund has posted another hilarious Instagram caption after Manchester United got into European football mode by beating Athletic Bilbao to gain the advantage in the Europa League final. United travelled to San Mames to face Athletic Bilbao in the first leg of the semi-final last night and put on an excellent performance to win 3-0.
Bruno Fernandes scored twice after Casemiro’s header opened the scoring, giving United a huge advantage while Bilbao were reduced to 10 men after Dani Bibian was sent off.
Hojlund, who was delighted with the victory, posted a hilarious caption on social media after the game to share with his followers.
“For the first time, the Manchester United team returned from Spain without conceding a goal,” Hojlund wrote in a caption that took a dig at a team that has never kept a clean sheet in an away game in Spain. This is
not the first time the Dutchman has posted a sarcastic message on Instagram immediately after a game.
