Two more senior Manchester United executives are reportedly set to leave the club. As part of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s redundancy plans.

eight months ago. Ratcliffe has already made 250 staff redundant and he is looking to reduce United’s workforce by a further 200.

As a result, United’s director of football insight and innovation, Richard Hawkins. And director of football operations, David Harrison. Have both been told they will no longer have a role at the club, according to The Athletic.

The pair are reportedly in talks over terms of their exits ahead of an imminent departure.

Hawkins, who has been in his current role since March 2023, joined the club as performance manager in 2008.

He has since been appointed head of athlete services. And head of physical fitness,

while Harrison has played a key role in the recent renovation of United’s Carrington training ground.

He is also highly respect in English football. After spending 27 years at Everton,

with Hawkins and Harrison’s roles seen as redundant, while United’s director of player recruitment Steve Brown has also resigned after deciding not to take up a new role at the club earlier in the season.
