Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright believes Manchester United would be a success if they could finish sixth this season.

The first game under new boss Ruben Amorim ended in a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town, with the team currently in 12th place in the Premier League table with 16 points after 13 games. Wright believes that if the team finishes in 6th place at the end of the season, it would be considered satisfactory.

“The way they started and even without the ball, it looked structured, it didn’t look easy to break them down,” Wright said. “It felt a little bit more controlled but at the end of the day it’s down to Onana making two saves, otherwise it could have been a whole different story and the headlines in the morning could have been different for him.”

“What I like about what he said is not the performance that will change, but the performance now. Manchester United fans have to be patient because we see the performance and the players that are coming in. This will Register ufabet work for him. It will be better and the performance will be important.”

“For this season, if Manchester United can finish sixth, that would be perfect for the new manager, sixth, easy!”
